It isn't work if you enjoy it -- perhaps easier said than done, but it's certainly my goal each and every day. I love bringing people together, taking big ideas and seeing them through to fruition while sweating the details. I constantly seek new and exciting challenges to learn and grow. My passions lie in creative problem-solving, and crafting powerful, expressive narratives.
Through my background in startup operations management and program development, I have cultivated skills in critical thinking and team leadership. Additionally, my love of broadcasting and media relations have allowed me to witness the power that shared experiences have to inspire and unite people who may have never even met.
I am always looking for new opportunities that offer a collaborative community feel, encourages taking initiative beyond standard expectations, and strikes a balance between data-driven analysis and interpersonal relationship building to accomplish team and individual goals.
Welcome to my site, I'm excited to share my story and connect with you!
The Winters Award -- named for the F&M alumnus whose World War II leadership was documented in Stephen Ambrose's 1992 book "Band of Brothers" and subsequent HBO miniseries -- was presented to Bryan Stabbe '13. In his four years at F&M, Stabbe has served as president of Ware College House Parliament and held leadership roles in a variety of campus organizations, including Phi Kappa Psi and Club Council.
“I miss every season as soon as it’s over,” Stabbe said. “At the end of every football season I wish it was the start of football season and at the end of every basketball season I wish it was the start of basketball season. It is hard to get timing down and emotionally I always miss it.
“Bryan spoke with poise, and caught the spirit of being an engaged citizen within the House,” Eigen says. “He was able to articulate, more than I could, the balance between having a House identity and a College identity. A year before, he was sitting where they were sitting. He articulated what it means to be a member of the House.”
